There are many drugs which work same way as Vigra, e.g. Levitra, Cialis, Kamagra, Silagra, etc. All these medications work by relaxing and expanding arteries in the penis, which provides full engorgement of the penis with blood. At the same time they make veins through which blood is carried away from penis to contract to prevent blood outflow. When the sexual intercourse is over, the penis returns naturally to its flaccid state.
